The MPO Supply Chain Suite includes a Web Visibility Portal (WVP) for customers, suppliers and carriers to facilitate the communication amongst the involved parties in the supply chain. The Web Visibility Portal aggregates the relevant information from different data sources to provide a centralized view of the logistics operations to the authorized parties through the internet, anywhere, anytime. The main Web Portal functions are:
Information Capture: The Web Visibility Portal can be linked to multiple sources like WMS, ERP or other third-party systems, via different interfaces to

Order Visibility: Through the Web Visibility Portal, fulfillment parties can update the order status and report exceptional events. Customers can track & trace the status at any stage in the supply chain process, which gives them full order visibility.
Supply Chain Dashboard: The Web Visibility Portal provides supply chain managers with a dashboard showing all orders and their status.
User Management: The Web Visibility Portal manages users in a flexible way. The system administrator can easily control the access rights per user profile. It also provides different security measures to protect your information.

Supply Chain Dashboard
The Web Visibility Portal provides supply chain managers with a dashboard showing an overview of all orders and their status. It also includes an event dashboard which shows all events and exceptions requiring special attention. The feature highlights are:
- Single-click access to the real-time consolidated order and status information

- Various sorting options for columns
- Scheduled update for the whole dashboard
- Ability to select number of days back in history for the dashboard queries

User Management
The Web Visibility Portal manages the users in a flexible way. The system administrator can easily control the access rights per user (group) profile. It also provides different security measures to protect your information. The feature highlights are:
- Three levels of user management to provide an easy way to manage the access rules, i.e. users, roles (e.g. administrator, carrier, customer) and privilege (e.g. view / update). The user can be assigned to a specific role and the role can own several privileges
