MPO SCS provides a powerful Order Management System (OMS) to help you manage the entire order lifecycle. The solution includes four main functions:
Order Orchestration: OMS facilitates the entry of orders from multiple channels and validates the information. OMS determines which service actions (e.g. customer service, warehousing, transportation and documentation) should be taken and dispatches them to the selected fulfillment partners.
Fulfillment Monitoring: OMS proactively monitors all steps in the order fulfillment process and allows customers to view the status.
Financial Control: OMS uses a flexible rate calculation tool to validate supplier invoices and create customer invoices.
Performance Reporting: OMS provides comprehensive reporting features to provide you with Business Intelligence.

Transport Management System |
|
MPO SCS includes a Transport Management System (TMS) with powerful features to streamline all processes of the transportation lifecycle across multiple carriers. The main functions are:
Order Planning: When an order is received, TMS determines which steps are required to execute the order. It also can consolidate the specific orders and select the optimal carriers.
Execution Monitoring: After dispatching the planned orders to the selected carriers, TMS captures the status updates from them. It also provides full visibility to the customer.
Financial Control: TMS supports flexible configuration of rate agreements, which can capture any rate model, enabling accruals, invoice matching and billing.
Performance Measurement: TMS supports standard as well as tailor-made KPI reporting in various formats.

Crossdock Management System |
|
MPO SCS provides a powerful Crossdock Management System (CMS) for efficient deconsolidation of incoming shipments and consolidation of outgoing shipments. The main functions include:
Inbound Planning: Based on inbound order schedules, CMS plans the shipments to be received and determines how they need to be deconsolidated.
Inbound Execution: When the goods have arrived at the crossdock, you can register the inbound order by manual input or scanning the transport document. The receipt will be validated against the planned order. After registration, CMS can print package labels and report the receipts. In case of anomalies, CMS can put the goods status to hold awaiting further instructions .
Outbound Planning: Based on the requirements and outbound truck schedules, CMS plans the outgoing orders by creating the loading lists. These lists then can be dispatched for processing.
Outbound Execution: When loading goods to the outbound trucks, CMS monitors the whole process by scanning the packages and prints the manifest. In case of last minute changes, the loading lists can be easily modified.

MPO SCS includes a Web Visibility Portal to facilitate the communication amongst the involved parties in the supply chain. The main functions include:
Information Capture: The Web Visibility Portal can be linked to multiple sources like WMS, ERP or other third-party systems, via different interfaces to gather all the information.
Order Visibility: Through the Web Visibility Portal, fulfillment parties can update the order status and report exceptional events. Customers can track & trace the status at any stage in the supply chain process, which gives them full order visibility.
Supply Chain Dashboard: The Web Visibility Portal provides supply chain managers with a dashboard showing all orders and their status.
User Management: The Web Visibility Portal manages users in a flexible way. The system administrator can easily control the access rights per user profile. It also provides different security measures to protect your information.
