Support for customers is provided via the Support Desk of MP Objects. The support desk handles requests from users anywhere in the world. Requests can relate to questions, incidents or changes. The MP Objects support desk runs 7 x 24 for business critical operations.
The support desk applies Service Level Agreements in which request priorities and response times for questions and incidents are specified. Request priorities are determined by the customer and the support desk together, by classifying the impact and the urgency of the incident or question.
