Our software engineers work on projects in and outside the Benelux and are able to deal with all aspects of a software development process. Senior software engineers may develop into Architects or Implementation consultants as a next step in their career.
Responsibilities
- Create parts of the technical design of logistics applications with UML
- Programming of components in Java, XML and Internet technology, using frameworks like Struts, Spring and Hibernate.
- Code reviewing and unit testing
- Implementing the software in a user organization
Requirements
- University/HBO (MSc/Bsc) degree with a technical background
- At least 2 years experience in development of Java based web applications
- Experience and knowledge of open source (MVC) frameworks, like Struts, Spring and Hibernate.
- Knowledge of and experience with one of the following is a pre: Jboss application server, XML, XSD, XSLT, SQL, web services.
- Good communication skills and a positive and customer focussed attitude.
- Ability to plan own activities and to deliver on time and above expectation.
- Passion for software development.
