Responsibilities

The IT Solution Consultant is an all-round professional with challenging responsibilities in all stages of the implementation of the MPO Supply Chain Suite. There are plenty of opportunities to grow in the many dimensions of this exciting job.

• Business Development:
• Marketing of the MPO Supply Chain Suite
• Support sales to customers in target groups
• Pre-sales Consultancy:
• Global business process design and system requirements analysis
• Make customer proposals, give presentations and do demonstrations
• Solution Implementation
• Project management for seamless implementations with internal/external team members
• Define, plan and control all deliverables in customer IT implementations
• Detailed business process design and system requirements analysis
• Make system design, define customizations and configure the software
• Organize integration and acceptance testing using predefined test scripts
• Train the future users with the system functions for their business process
• Lead the move to production, critical go-live moments and after care period
• Product Development
• Define opportunities to extend the MPO Supply Chain Suite with new functions
• Manage the requirements, development and introduction of new product modules

Requirements

• University Degree or Higher Professional Education
• 0-10 years experience in Logistics & IT solutions
