Last year MP Objects launched the MPO Supply Chain Suite. Part of this Suite are the powerful functions for system integration. The Supply Chain Integration supports automatic interfacing with customers, carriers, and also system connections to customs and other partners.
The Data Communication Engine enables transportation of data from system A to system B and vice versa. Data communication takes place through any accepted standard protocol, such as AS1, AS2, HTTP(s), FTP(s) or even E-Mail. The Message Conversion Engine translates the messages from and to the available and desired message formats. The software suite translates “any to any” format. Next to the industry standards like XML, EDI, Flatfile, CIDX, Excel, RosettaNet, also customized message formats in bilateral agreements are supported.
Finally, the Flow Control Engine adds functions to split and merge messages, provides decision rules for scenario-based interfacing, and performs interface monitoring and reporting. |
