China Trade Mission Opportunities from globalization |

MP Objects participated in the official Dutch Trade Mission to China in October, headed by Karien van Gennip, Minister of Foreign Trade, and attended by Ruud Lubbers, Minister of State. 
The theme for this mission was co-operation between China and the Netherlands in High Tech industry, in particular ICT. In order to get a better understanding of the market for supply chain systems across China and Europe, MP Objects visited Logistics Service Providers and ICT companies in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzen and Hongkong. Fruitful contacts were established with companies such as Kerry Logistics, China Merchants, Patent Logistics and QeWeb. MP Objects will use the knowledge and contacts from this China trade mission not only to better understand the global supply chains of our European customers. We are also applying the international insights to the development of innovative ICT solutions for supply chains across Europe and China. Many parties in Europe consider the enormous development of China as a threat. Instead, MP Objects has identified opportunities. The giant growth of the overseas highways between China and Europe requires stronger supply chain systems. In this way, we will definitely profit from the rise of China in the next decade, and at the same time contribute to the transition of the Netherlands, from Mainport to Brainport.
