MP Objects developed an internet solution for application and secured printing of export documents Export documents from behind your desk… For export outside Europe export documents like Certificates of Origin and EUR documents are required. MP Objects successfully implemented ExportDocuments Online. This internet solution provides companies the service to apply for export documents and after approval from The Chamber of Commerce to print the document at its own office.
The time consuming process to bring and collect documents at the Chamber of Commerce becomes redundant. The solution realizes a quick cost savings for companies and Chambers of Commerce along with important and direct gains of process time. It has shown a pay back within months. Version 3.0 has been announced for November 2007. In this version security has been upgraded with a Private Key Infrastructure (PKI) solution. Due to the success of this concepts recently all Dutch Chambers of Commerce accepted the solution. With version 3.0 the solution is available for any Dutch exporting company. Export Documents Online has been developed by MP Objects in cooperation with ExportData.
