Pincvision is specialized in corporate process management, support and execution for multinationals. The emphasis is on the execution of compliance activities. Pincvision serves customers like Sun, Cisco, HP and Heinz. As opposed to considering compliance as burden, Pincvision turns it around to detect opportunities. Lower costs, shorter lead-times, increased customer satisfaction, no penalties, etc. are tangible results. Application and approval of export documentation by the Chamber of Commerce is done online. Until recently, the documents had to be taken physically to and from the Chambers. 
Processing Certificates of Origin (CoO’s) and EUR-1 documents was therefore a time-consuming and expensive process. “On a daily basis, we process around 350 Certificates of Origin. You can imagine the time and money we save by managing this process over the internet.” says José Ordoňez, operational director at Pincvision. “Savings are even more significant in our partnership with UPS in Ireland. Through export documents online we can print the required documentation on their premises in Ireland.” The entire approval process is limited to about 15 to 20 minutes.
